Age Concern North Lincolnshire has an Advice and Information Service. We make use of Age Concern England Factsheets looking for best options for our clients and provide information on a wide range of subjects. We particularly focus on helping vulnerable or house-bound older people to access the benefits to which they are entitled.

You can speak to somebody on a 'face-to face' basis and find out what assistance may be available to you or your relatives. You may be directed to other organisations that also may be able to help.

Our advocacy service is of benefit to older people in that we can assist in the filling in of what many see as complicated forms, such as applications for Attendance Allowance, rent rebate or council tax benefits to name a few, and occasionally assistance regarding disputes with the local authority, usually in connection with housing matters, can be given.
